Multipay team

  • Contributed to backend services in Java/Spring Boot, expanding responsibilities beyond frontend development.
  • Designed the frontend architecture for the KYC integration, including the API structure and end-to-end testing.
  • Authored RFCs for cVRP features, including desktop to mobile handoff and change provider.
  • Led the migration of the integration test suite from Cypress to Playwright, improving maintainability and aligning with the team's long-term testing strategy.

Ritabygglov / DrawBlueprint

Co-Founder & Full-Stack Engineer

2025 – Present

Bootstrapped SaaS, built alongside full-time employment

  • Built a browser-based CAD tool for producing the site plans and drawings required in building permit applications, live in Sweden (ritabygglov.se) and expanding internationally (drawblueprint.com).
  • Designed and built a custom drawing engine from scratch, including the element model, hit-testing, and a state-machine-driven interaction layer with selection modes for shapes, architectural symbols (doors, windows, wells), text, and freehand paths.
  • Built a real-time multiplayer sync engine over WebSockets, with batched change propagation, version-vector-based causality tracking, and ack/retry semantics so offline or dropped clients resync cleanly, applying the CRDT consistency research from my master's thesis in production.
  • Designed a multi-market architecture that serves multiple country brands from a single codebase, using host-header routing, request-scoped market context, and CI-enforced i18n key parity across locales, to scale from Sweden into new markets without fragmenting the codebase.
  • Own the system end-to-end, including the Clean Architecture backend (use cases, dependency inversion, functional error handling), Stripe billing, AWS infrastructure via Terraform (EC2, RDS, S3, SES), a PDF export pipeline, and a unit and Playwright E2E test suite running in CI.

Futurice

Senior Software Developer

  • Set up an event-driven caching solution for hotel availability using Azure Service Bus, Function Apps, and Redis.
  • Built static content pages rendering content from Contentful, including the frontend architecture, working closely with a Content Specialist.

Software Developer

Aug 2020 – May 2021
  • Bromma (Sep 2020 – Apr 2022): Developed an IoT monitoring system for port spreaders, scaling the service from 1 to roughly 20 ports globally.
  • Built a Node.js notification service alerting users when spreader health declined.
  • Developed a partner API for port owners to integrate their own systems with Bromma's service.
  • Migrated state management from Redux to React Query.

Attentec AB

Software Developer

Feb 2019 – Jul 2020

Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area

  • Built a dashboard application for Micropower Group to monitor fleets of lithium-ion batteries and chargers, adding features, tests, and fixing bugs and performance issues across the stack.
  • Built a dashboard application for Dasa Control Systems to monitor the performance of forestry machinery.
  • Held a week-long React workshop for trainees at the company.

Senion

Master Thesis

Sep 2018 – Feb 2019

Linköping, Sweden

  • Researched and implemented a collaborative graph editing tool, where multiple users can create a graph of nodes and edges in real time — similar to Google Docs, but for graphs instead of text.
  • Researched Operational Transformation and Conflict-Free Replicated Data Types (CRDTs) as consistency approaches.
  • Implemented a proof-of-concept application using React, WebSockets, and TypeScript on the frontend and Kotlin on the backend.
